CUNA Coaching Leadership Virtual School will focus on training human leaders | 2020-11-02

To recognize the need and power of strong human leaders in credit unions, CUNA announced CUNA Coaching Leadership Virtual School, which will take place on November 9 and 10. Credit union leaders at all levels are encouraged to take this interactive training to transform their leadership by learning, developing and practicing effective coaching conversations.

“In a very short time, this program shares enough information, advice and real-life experiences to put you on a path that could make a big difference in your life and the lives of your team members,” said Janice McNiel. , teleservices manager, Zèle CU.

Sessions will be led by Tim Hagen, creator of Support for progress. Tim will guide participants through current training methodologies and models. It will then help them apply these principles to their work scenarios to design personalized coaching conversations that improve staff performance. Participants will bring coaching scenarios to work with and collaborate with their peers to design and practice effective coaching conversations.
