Montgomery County Public Schools to Offer Virtual School Program for the 2021-2022 School Year

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Va. (WFXR) – Montgomery County Public Schools will be offering a fully virtual school program for the 2021-2022 school year.

This 100% virtual option is open to students from kindergarten to 12th grade. Classes will be taught by MCPS teachers whenever possible. Some courses can be delivered by Virtual Virginia.

Elementary and high school students can enroll in the Virtual School program for one semester. Primary school students will be enrolled in their virtual teacher’s school. For the 2021-2022 school year, middle and high school students will remain enrolled in the school in their area of ​​residence.

The application deadlines for the virtual school program are April 23 for high school students and May 14 for elementary school students.
